This is an introduction to mindful movement incorporating the core teachings of Josef Pilates combining the melody and emotion of poetry.

What’s involved?

This is a mindful pilates movement course inspired by poetry by Tine Breusch of The Barefoot Sanctuary collective.

All profits from these taster sessions are being donated to two charities that we are supporting in November East Lothian Foodbank and social Bite.

We aim to run outdoor events whatever the weather and will advise how best to prepare for the conditions at the point of booking. If the weather is too inclement to run the session, we will advise you as early as we can and you can rebook at a future date.
